OM is the sound of the first echo when the universe was created, it resonates with our heart beat. The frequency of 136.1 Hz is exactly the same as the frequency of earth’s rotation around its own axis.

The vibration of OM alleviates pain and sooth our emotions and at the same stimulate our brain activities and blood circulation.  It is proved to have effect in handling our emotion and dealing with our sickness.  This course covers basic knowledge about tuning forks therapy and in particular the practical application of OM tuning fork.
